What’s the most fun way to exercise?

The most fun way to exercise, for me, is walking while exploring. I’ve never been a gym junkie or a runner. Honestly, if a serial killer was chasing me, I probably couldn’t run to save my life. I’d stop, accept my fate, and tell them to hurry up.


But walking? That I can do.


Since being in London, I’ve had quite a few days where I’ve walked more than 12 kilometres without really thinking about it as exercise. That’s the trick, I think. It doesn’t feel like a workout when you’re admiring the Thames, looking at Big Ben, or wandering through Kensington Palace Gardens. It just feels like living, noticing, and enjoying where you are.


That’s my kind of exercise. No treadmill. No stopwatch. No torture disguised as self-improvement. Just wandering, observing, and learning about new places one step at a time.

Just curious, anyone else going to struggle to outrun a serial killer?😬
