One of the kindest things the people closest to me have done for me is support my move to Europe. My sons, my mum, my sister, my brother, and my close friends have all been part of that support in different ways. Some have helped with practical things, some have encouraged me when the whole idea still felt huge, and some have simply believed in me from the beginning. What means even more to me is that, without ever having to say it out loud, I knew that if my boys or my mum had truly felt I should not go, I would have felt that deeply. They never did. Their support became my unspoken green light. It made me feel that this that this was not just a dream I was chasing on my own, but a real next step into a life I was ready to build.
