If you could change the ending of any book, which one would it be?
It has to be Charlotte’s Web.
I would change it so Charlotte doesn’t die after laying her eggs. I understand it’s meant to be beautiful and meaningful and all that, but honestly, that ending still traumatises me.
Let the spider live. Let Wilbur keep his best friend. Let one childhood book not emotionally destroy an entire generation, thanks.
