Post body:

I haven’t promoted this ebook much since I published it.
Not because I don’t believe in it.
Because writing it took more out of me than I expected.
Just Friends: When Boundaries Blur and Respect Disappears is a short, honest book about what can happen when someone else is allowed to sit too close to the centre of your relationship.
Especially when that person is described as “just a friend.”
It looks at the confusion that can come when your partner has a female best friend, but the boundaries are unclear, your feelings are treated as an inconvenience, and you are made to feel unreasonable for noticing what is happening.
The small things.
The awkward things.
The things that are explained away.
The moments where respect starts disappearing slowly.
The way you start questioning your own instincts.
The way boundaries can be crossed so quietly that you don’t notice how far things have gone until you are exhausted from trying to understand it all.
This book is about recognition.
It is for anyone who has ever thought:
Maybe I’m overreacting.
Maybe I’m asking too much.
Maybe I should be more understanding.
Maybe this is just how things are.
And then, slowly, realised they were not imagining it.
The book walks through the early signs of subtle disrespect, blurred boundaries, self-doubt, confusion, and the clarity that comes when you finally stop chasing explanations.
It is not a long book.
It is a direct one.
And sometimes clarity is exactly what you need.
